It’s from here the business has built its enormous 60% market share of the Western Australia aged care furniture industry. As well as selling direct to a broad range of aged care operators – from government entities to independent nursing homes – the business also sells to a national network of distributors.
Its comprehensive range of quality products has also seen the business become a popular choice for the hospitality industry and for commercial office fit outs. From designers to hoteliers the business boasts an extensive and ever-growing client base with its office furniture also being sold to a national clientele of distributors.
The two other branches are located in both Melbourne and Sydney. A small amount of manufacturing is undertaken at the Sydney branch (800sqm) although both the Melbourne (600sqm) and Sydney stores are principally sales and distribution orientated. Extended leases at all premises offer long term security going forward.
In total the business turns over an impressive $7.5 - $8.5 million annually.
